Camp Run Like a Girl
Table Rock Foundation, building on its excellent reputation for providing empowering and educational camp experiences to youth in our community, offers Camp Run Like A Girl to 8-16-year-old girls.
Girls will be housed in cabins on the site, consisting of 40+ acres carved out of 375 acres in the mountains of southern Oregon outside of Grants Pass. The setting supports the goal of living in harmony with each other, further reinforced through this active, creative program.
This camp is designed to be a shining a light on the power and fierceness that sports can provide, developing in girls the intentional active strategies that we all need to build self-confidence and seize the day. Using the power of story and the stirring activities, campers will have a rare chance to activate their strength and commitment to themselves and each other while sharing the fun and sisterhood of a weekend in nature. You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from this leadership experience!
Camp cost is $150 per girl, and scholarships are available. If a girl would like to be considered for a scholarship, a letter from the girl telling about why she wants to attend and how it would be valuable for her must accompany her application.
